MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ AND SIGN

This application is made in accordance with and subject to the bylaws and articles of incorporation of the Apartment Association of the Panhandle. I agree to abide by the Code of Ethics of the Association. I hereby apply for membership and enclose payment for my first year's membership investment to the Apartment Association of the Panhandle. In the event of membership termination I agree and my company agrees to discontinue, immediately, the use of the AAP, TAA and NAA logos, forms, services and other benefits and privileges of membership. Continued use of the AAP, TAA or NAA logos or forms may subject me or my company to legal actions. Dues payments to the Association may be deductible as a business expense, but are not deductible as a charitable contribution. A portion of the dues, however, is not deductible as a business expense to the extent that the Apartment Association of the Panhandle/ TAA & NAA engages in lobbying. The non-deductible portion of the dues is listed on your dues invoice. Dues payments are non-refundable.
